TomoCoin価格は、主に市場の需要と供給のバランスによって決定されます。基本的なレベルでは、密接にアプリケーションとインフラストラクチャTomoChainにリンクする必要があります。

開発チームと顧問のためのいくつかのトークンは、数年以内に売却のためのロードマップに基づいてリリースされます。

トークンの残りの部分は報酬系と開発パートナー、他のソフトウェアを通じて有益なコンテンツを提供する人のために、最低8年間のロードマップに発売されます。

4. PFacebook、Medium、Steemit、Twitter、Reddit、Youtube、暗号サイト、個人ブログなどのソーシャルチャンネルに作品を公開する

手順は簡単で、以下です。

ステップ2：シンガポールGMT +8、2018年2月11日午後12時に日曜日に開かれた公式フォームを介して、チームに証明を示す。(フォームは24時間限定)。このフォームは、購読した電子メールで送信され、テレグラムチャンネルに掲載されます。

つまり、トークンセールに参加できるのは、立ったの1350名でしかも、ティア2まではPOCの順番と質によって落選者も出るということです。 さらに、ティア3は全員参加というわけでもなく、抽選です。

Gems / GEMとは？

Gemsはブロックチェーン上にMechanical Turkを作ることを目的としたプロジェクトになります。

Mechanical Turkというのは、

コンピューターにはできない、人間の脳が必要な単純な仕事(マイクロタスク)のことです。

データベースを整理したり、適切な絵やオブジェクトなどにラベルを貼るなどの単純な仕事が当てはまります。

日本では馴染みはありませんが、コンピュータができない単純な仕事(マイクロタスク)を人間が代わりに行い、報酬を得る仕組みになっているようです。

現在では、Amazonが提供するAmazon Mechanical Turkというサービスがあります。

このビジネスモデルには問題があります。

・依頼者と雇用者の両方に対して非常に高い手数料(依頼者は20％、労働者は5％)が請求される。

・銀行口座を持って振り込む為の手続きが面倒である。

・仕事の正確性が不明確である。

このような問題をGems Protocolを利用することによって解決しようとするプロジェクトがGemsになります。

Gems Protocolを利用することで、無駄な作業を排除、無駄な手数料の削減を行うことで、労働者の賃金を増やしつつ依頼者のコストを引き下げること、が目的になります。

GemsのICOの懸念点

 

１、Amazonが競合企業になる

 

Amazonが提供するサービスに付け入る隙がある、と書きましたが、

Amazon自体が本気でこの市場を変えようと思ったら、Gemsのプロジェクト自体は失敗に終わる可能性が高いのでは、と思っています。

現在の手数料の問題、銀行口座が必須な件、仕事の不明確さの改善というこの3つをAmazonが変更してきた場合、Amazon自体がブロックチェーン市場に参入してきた場合、Gemsの優位性が薄れてしまいます。

恐らくですが、Gemsでは太刀打ちができないのでは、と思ってしまいます。

そういう意味ではGemsはAmazonが市場に入ってくる前にプロダクトローンチを行うことが必須である、と考えられます。

 

２、プロダクトを見れるものがない

 

現状、GitHubやMVPの有無などが確認できるものはありません。

Pre-アルファ版のフロントエンドだけは上記の記事にて読むことができますが、どのくらいの開発が進んでいるかの確認まではできませんでした。

 

３、ICOの詳細

 

現時点では、トークンの発行量や日程も未定のままとなっています。

2018年の1月中旬頃に発表があるようです。

Experty(エキスパーティ) / EXY -時間や知識知識を仮想通貨で収益化

ExpertyというICOを紹介したいと思います。

コンセプト的にも面白く、実需がありそうと思ったこと、ユースケースも非常にわかりやすいと思ったことを紹介したいと思います。

Experty / EXY とは

Expertyは、ブロックチェーンを使用して世界中のナレッジプロバイダとナレッジシーカーを繋ぐように設計された通話アプリです。

専門知識を持っているユーザー(ナレッジプロバイダー)と専門知識に関して教えてほしいと思っている人(ナレッジシーカー) がExpertyというアプリを利用して繋がり、コールすることが可能です。

ナレッジプロバイダーは1分あたりの料金を設定し、ExpertyのプロフィールをSNSなどに共有します。

ナレッジシーカーはプロフィールをもとにして、ナレッジプロバイダーに知りたい情報を通話にて聞くことができます。

通話が完了するとイーサリアムのブロックチェーンを通じてシーカーからプロバイダーにExpertyのトークンを料金として支払われる仕組みになっています。

ホームページのTOPでも書いてある通り、Skypeタイプの通話アプリにインセンティブを付けたと考えるとわかりやすいかもしれないです。

Expertyのアプリを利用することによって、お金を払ってでも知りたいことがあるナレッジシーカーは、迅速に知識を持つ人を探すことができ、ナレッジプロバイダーもインセンティブを受けることで知らない人からの問い合わせに対応するキッカケができます。

Expertyが狙う専門知識の市場はすでに存在していて、それなりの規模のマーケットになっています。

Expertyは、ユーザーが専門家を検索できる独自のプラットフォームを構築するのではなく、専門家が今使っているサードパーティのサービス上でプロフィールを共有できる分散型の手段を提供することにしています。

将来的にはGitHub、Linkedin、Quora、Courseraなどの大規模なポータルを拡張して統合することを考えているようです。

 

ExpertyのICOの期待値

プロジェクト自体が非常に有望だと感じます。

ユーザーが困っているとき、専門家のアドバイスを受けたいというニーズは確実にあると考えています。

現行のビジネスモデルだとプラットフォームが間に入ることで手数料が取られます。

これをブロックチェーンを利用することで、余計なフィーの発生無く、設定している料金のみでやり取りが可能になります。

上記の例だとビジネスの際にしか使えなさそうですが、インフルエンサーのような個人でもExpertyを利用することによって、自分の専門性を利用して収益化することも可能です。

Whitepaperでのユースケースも多く書かれており、使い方も色々と考えることができそうです。

現在、プロダクトはアルファ版のテストが行われており、ロードマップ通りだと2018年1月にはMobile版とWebApp版のβ版のプロダクトがリリースされるようです。

GitHubもCommitも盛んに行われており、開発も順調に進んでいると考えても良いと思います。

ビジネスモデルの観点やプロダクトのローンチが控えてる点から考えても、33000ETHのハードキャップはかなり少ないと考えられます。

現在Pre-saleへの参加希望者がオーバーブッキングしているようなのでPoCを厳重にチェックしているようです。

恐らく33,000ETHのハードキャップは速攻で到達すると個人的に予想しており、上場後は需要が高いことから価格もそれなりに見込めるのではと考えています。

ExpertyのICOの懸念点

【マーケティング面】

Expertyが成功するためには、インフルエンサーや専門家と呼ばれるナレッジプロバイダーをどれだけ獲得できるか、そしてナレッジシーカーにどれだけアプリを利用してもらうかが重要になってきます。

そういう意味では、ICOの収益の40%をマーケティングに利用するというのはおかしい判断では無いと思います。

しかし、Webサイトに書いてある市場戦略の部分だと少々、軽く触れられており、詳細なマーケティング戦略もホワイトペーパーには書いていないため、些か不安が残るのは事実です。

ロードマップは面白く有望に感じていますが、長期的に考えると競合もいる中でどうやって、ユーザーを獲得していくかのマーケティング戦略がプロジェクトの成功の鍵となると考えます。

【トークンの使いみち】

保有数によって、プレミアム機能を無料で利用することができるのは面白いと思います。

そして、トークンを専門家に対しての支払いとして利用することは理にかなっていると考えています。

しかし、トークンを受け取る専門家にとって、彼らがトークンで支払いをされることを望まなければ、プラットフォームに惹きつけておくのは少々難しいのではと考察します。

上記に書いてあるとおり、暗号通貨をしていない人でもアプリを使いやすく、長くプラットフォームにとどまってもらうために、FIATベースのトークンの受取を組み込むことが1つの課題でもあるといえます。

 

ICOの詳細

直近のICOではハードキャップも少なめの33,000ETHか$900万となっています。

今回のセールで総発行枚数のうちの33%が売られ、33%は企業が保有、30%がパートナーに配られ1年半ロックされます。残りはAirDropやBounty、トークンセールのカバーコストに使われます。

Expertyのセールに参加するためには注意が必要で、PoCの提出は1月15日までになります。
